AROMA & YIN
This unique yin practice will illuminate your senses. We will work through your chakras to find balance in all areas of your life. Oils will be used to help you align your chakras and find deep relaxation through the profound sense of smell. All levels welcome!

BLINDFOLD YOGA
As we take away one of our senses, the others become heightened. It works for Daredevil, and it’ll work for you; practice without relying on your sight to guide you. You’ll be blindfolded for the entire practice and will truly feel the postures in a whole new way in this challenging, yet empowering practice. All levels welcome!

DARK SIDE OF THE MOON
Channel your inner 1970s by exploring moon salutations mixed with vinyasa flow, all set to the music of Pink Floyd. You will find constant, fluid movements and explore the cooler, yin side of your yoga practice, and when you’re done, you’ll be energized, light, and balanced. Plus,  you’ll sleep amazing after class! All levels welcome!

EQUINOX FLOW
Journey with me through 108 sun salutations to celebrate the equinox! Salutations will range from basic Sun A flows to fun and creative Sun B salutations. All levels welcome!

KNEELING VINYASA
Your feet work hard; give them a break! Come explore a vinyasa practice entirely on your knees. We will explore sun salutations, full-body balancing, and even some arm balances in this unique and fun flow! All levels welcome!

JUST BREATHE
Every yogi knows that, contrary to popular belief, breathing is hard! Come learn proper breathing techniques to help you fight stress, sleep better, calm your nerves, and bring calm to your mind. These techniques will change your life!

FLY YOUR CROW
Whether you are new to crow or your crow is already flying at full speed, come play! Learn tools to help you fly your crow, and learn new variations to add to your practice. We’ll also work with props and the wall to improve your crow and give it real wings!

FUNKY INVERSIONS
Let’s play! Come learn new arm variations to add to your favorite arm balances and inversions. Whether you are new to arm balances or have been practicing for ages, there are many options to add some fun to your arm balance and inversion practice!

HANDSTANDS AT HOME
Come learn tricks and tools to use at home when working on your handstand. We will use props, towels, and the wall to give you everything you need to rock your handstand practice!

HAPPY HAMSTRINGS
Tight hamstrings? I can relate! Hamstrings can be tight from weakness, overuse,  or even over-stretching. Learn how to strengthen and stretch the back line of your body to find more space and ease in forward folds.

HELLO, HIPS!
Tight hips? No problem! Hips are complicated, but we will dig into the anatomy of the hip joint and work to strengthen and lengthen the hip muscles and adjoining muscles. Find more mobility and less pain in your hips!

LOVE YOUR WHEEL
Wheel pose getting you down? Learn ways to properly open your back and chest to find a pain-free wheel pose. We’ll play with props and variations to reignite your love affair with wheel!

MINI MEDITATION 
Finding time to meditate can be almost impossible in our cramped and busy lives. Come learn tools to find quick meditations that will help you clear your mind and be more productive in your day so you can reach your personal horizons.

OFFICE YOGA
Stuck at your desk? Do some yoga! Learn and explore postures you can do at your desk to help relieve tight hips, back pain, tight shoulders, and neck discomfort. There are even plenty of yoga poses you can do without anyone noticing! You’ll feel amazing all day long!

TENSION & RELEASE IN SPLITS
Explore how tension and release can help you find more depth and possibility in the splits. We will use tools, muscle activation, and stretching to play with full splits.

Workshops

AYURVEDA
Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, is a way to look at your body and your constitution and make adjustments so you can live in the manner that is best for you. This workshop includes a thorough examination of all three doshas and a test to see how yours measure up. We will discuss characteristics, imbalances, and diets that support/interrupt the balance of your specific doshas. To complete this exploration, we will finish the workshop with a one-hour yoga practice designed to help you find harmony in your doshas.

CHAKRA BALANCING
Our day-to-day lives can really screw up our chakras! Come explore all seven chakras and learn how to get them spinning back on track. We will discuss the location, characteristics, and balancing techniques for each chakra. We will end the workshop with a one-hour chakra balancing yoga flow.

LIFE BOOTCAMP
Start to take action in your life with this Life Bootcamp workshop. We will explore the koshas and your passions in life, and we’ll use tools to get you on the right path towards your strong, boundless self. This workshop will include a yoga practice, meditation, and group exercises. Bring a notebook and pen/pencil and come ready to become boundless!

MYTHOLOGY OF YOGA
Learn the incredible and mystical mythology behind some of your favorite yoga poses! We will explore the stories of Ganesha and his sweet tooth, Garuda’s challenge to save his mother, Hanuman’s leap across the sea, and many more! Each myth comes with a lovely lesson that can be incorporated both on and off your mat. The workshop will conclude with a one-hour practice that incorporates all of the postures we discuss. Bring a notebook and pen/pencil.

PRANAYAMA
The practice of pranayama can make or break your yoga practice. Learn how to breathe on and off the mat and how to use your breath as a tool to help you de-stress, sleep, slow down, and concentrate. We will practice several breathing techniques and then incorporate them into a vinyasa practice and meditation.

WHAT COMES BEFORE ASANA?
Come learn about the first two limbs of yoga, the Yamas and the Niyamas. These two limbs give us the foundation to live our best lives and to stay on the yogic path. Learn how to be good to each other and to yourself. We will also have a brief discussion about the full eight-limbed path. The workshop will end with a one-hour yoga practice that will incorporate the lessons of the Yamas and Niyamas.

ADVANCED VINYASA SEQUENCING & TEACHING
Ready to take your teaching to the next level? (Yes! You are!) Come ready to play with (and share!) transitions, sequences, variations, props, and tools to kick your vinyasa teaching to the next level! This is a collaborative workshop, so bring questions, ideas, and any fun tricks and tips!

Feeling stale in your arm balance and inversion teaching? Come learn my tricks for setting up arm balances and inversions that will make your students feel accomplished and proud of their success! We will explore anatomy, alignment, entering and exiting the pose, props, variations, modifications, and exercises to help your students find the strength and power they need to live a boundless life!
